With no prior digital marketing presence and minimal social media, The Santa Lucia Preserve needed a conversion-focused strategy to drive sales of its multi-million dollar properties and exclusive memberships.

Solution

Deliver targeted ads and landing pages that convert.

  • Designed and built landing pages in Unbounce to capture leads and create several variations to test the conversion rate.

  • Designed 2 high-quality downloadable PDFs to act as lead magnets:

    • A real estate guide to showcase the Preserve and all of its available homes and homesites.

    • A membership guide to showcase the Preserve and detailed the different types of memberships available.
