Captain as a Service

In January 2024, Getmyboat launched “Captain as a Service” to bring captains onto the platform. As Design Lead, I introduced a new user type, designed the captain invite flow, and refined the pricing module to streamline the renter payment experience.

The final product emphasized transparency: owners set captain costs, renters saw upfront pricing, and we shipped ahead of spring high season with Sales supported by an intro video I produced.
